Assistant Client Manager - Multinational Hub

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational Client Servicing team at Marsh Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

• Manage Multinational Client Servicing by working with Producing offices and local Marsh offices across geographies to support global clients' operations in the APAC region
• Deliver prompt and accurate processing of clients’ insurance requests and ensure overall client servicing
• Support Specialty Engagement & Placement including major insurance renewals, pre-renewal data gathering, renewal discussions, and post-renewal activities such as policy documentation and training support
• Drive digital tools implementation and adoption with clients, partnering closely with internal teams to support both internal team and external clients’ adoption of Marsh systems and tools
