Assistant Clinical Service Director

We are currently looking for an Assistant Clinical Service Director to come on-board for our Home Health client in the Bronx, New York. The Assistant Clinical Service Director (ACSD), in conjunction with the Clinical/Center Service Director (CSD), supervises all day-to-day operations of the Interdisciplinary teams and participant outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience in a management capacity in a certified home health agency, long-term home health care, acute care, medical-surgical, and/or critical care, nursing home experience, diagnostic & treatment clinic preferred. Oversees, coordinates, and provides support to site-based Managers and clinical staff, including but not limited to the DTC and Day Health Center, rehab department, nutritional services, social workers, and home services management.
