Assistant Controller

Description We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join a real estate finance team in Dallas, Texas and help oversee core accounting activities across a diverse property portfolio. This position is well suited for an experienced accounting specialist who is ready to expand beyond a senior-level role while continuing to build expertise in property and real estate accounting. Working closely with finance leadership, this individual will contribute to accurate reporting, a smooth close process, and reliable financial operations that support multifamily and other residential communities.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the monthly close process for operating and holding entities within the real estate portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met and records remain accurate.
