Description
We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join a finance team in Grand Rapids, Michigan on a Contract-to-hire basis. This role partners closely with senior finance leadership to strengthen financial operations, support sound business decisions, and maintain accurate, compliant reporting. The position offers a blend of hands-on accounting leadership and forward-looking financial analysis, with a strong focus on budgeting, grants oversight, and regulatory accountability.


Responsibilities:

• Direct the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department leaders, helping translate operational needs into accurate financial plans.
