Position Summary
The Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Affairs in the College of Finance and Banking supports the Dean in managing academic programs faculty coordination and student support services. This role ensures high standards of academic excellence student engagement and compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements. The Assistant Dean serves as a key liaison between faculty students administrative departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Academic Affairs- Assist the Dean in curriculum development academic planning and program evaluation for undergraduate and graduate finance and banking programs.
- Ensure alignment with international standards (e.g. AACSB EFMD CFA Institute etc.) and regulatory frameworks (e.g. UAE Ministry of Education).
- Support faculty recruitment onboarding evaluation and development.
