What the role is:
Plan, manage, implement, and supervise development projects to realise the Greater Sentosa Master Plan.
What you will be working on Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on Master Plan development projects from project inception to handover.
- Responsible for design management, project management and coordination throughout the entire project life-cycle.
- Develop detailed implementation programme and strategy.
- Develop project briefs, requirements, technical specifications for the procurement of consultancy and construction contracts.
- Identify project interface issues and collaborate with all interfacing parties to develop effective mitigation measures.
- Identify project risks and implement necessary mitigation measures.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and meet specified quality standards.
