Assistant Director of Advancement Systems and Analytics

Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, the Assistant Director of Advancement Systems and Analytics supports the administration, optimization, and effective use of the University’s constituent relationship management (CRM) system to advance fundraising and donor engagement efforts at Elmhurst University.

This role is responsible for day-to-day CRM administration, data integrity, reporting, and user support, with a primary focus on Raiser’s Edge NXT. The position ensures accurate and reliable data, supports fundraising operations, and provides actionable insights to the Advancement team.

Position Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000. This is the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will depend on a candidate's experience and education, and departmental budget.
