Assistant Director of Life Enrichment

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Assistant Director of Life Enrichment to support the planning and execution of engaging programs that enhance the daily lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in planning and implementing daily life enrichment programs and special events
+ Support the Director of Life Enrichment in coordinating group activities, outings, and individualized programs
+ Help supervise activity staff and volunteers
+ Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings to promote participation and socialization
+ Maintain activity calendars, attendance records, and documentation in compliance with regulations
+ Ensure programs meet the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of residents
+ Step in to lead the department in the Director’s absence
