As an Assistant Manager at HMP Brixton,in South London, it will be your responsibility for leading and developing a team approach to the delivery of a high quality service to learners. You will support the Education Manager in overseeing the performance of the site and, as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for maximising contract performance, developing curriculum, delivering quality provision and exceeding the expectations of partners and learners in line with the company ethos of ‘Improving Peoples Lives’.
