Assistant Finance Manager (Sole Contributor)

We’re looking for anAssistant Finance Manager to oversee the finance operations across 3 entities within our group, including a , family office, fund company and mobile game studio.

This is asole contributor role , ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the full finance function independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle full-set accounting, including General Ledger (GL) management, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements across 3 entities.
• Manage payroll operations , including salary processing, CPF submissions, and payslips.
• Ensure timely submission of management reports and financial reporting deliverables.
• Handle tax-related matters , including GST, corporate income tax filing , and coordination with tax authorities.
