Responsibilities:

Works independently to assist the General Counsel in the management and performance of legal services to the University, including employment matters, contracts, corporate law, intellectual property, litigation management, employee and student-related issues, compliance matters, healthcare law, immigration law, real estate law, higher education law, and research.

Qualifications:

A JD degree from an accredited college/university is required, along with three years of legal experience as an attorney. Must have a current Georgia law license and be admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
