Assistant General Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results

· Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising

· Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations

· Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees
