Job Description
Obtain initial guarantee letters for patients that admitted to hospital using Insurance, MCO and Corporate Companies. To update the guarantee letter status in the HITS, BMS, Care Tracker and Pro Bridge system and notify patient and consultant. Responsible for completeness of claim forms and other relevant documents received.
To respond/reply the deferment/medical questionnaire that has been highlighted by MCO and Insurance companies. To obtain approval from Insurer for referral consultant and add-on procedure during admission. It has recorded at Pro Bridge. To upload/email complete documentation for pre‑admission and outpatient visits guarantee letter.
Responsible for topping up guarantee letter patient requests that follow the limit stated in the initial guarantee letter. To obtain the credit limit or coverage for patients who have been admitted to hospital from MCO and Insurance companies. To verify guarantee letter for outpatient patients...
