ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Head Baker at Daylesford acts as second‑in‑command to the Head Baker, stepping in to lead the team whenever required. In this role, the majority of their time will be dedicated to crafting our award‑winning organic bakery products specifically for the Daylesford Cotswolds Farm shop, shifts starting between 16.00 and 17.00, finishing between 12.30 and 01.30.
