The Assistant HR Manager supports the day-to-day Human Resources operations of a manufacturing facility. This role helps drive employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy administration, performance management, training, compliance, and workforce support in a fast-paced plant environment. The Assistant HR Manager works closely with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees to maintain a positive work culture, support operational goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations for the manufacturing site.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding hourly and salaried employees.
