Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing, coordinating, and directing the service, operations, logistics, and activities of the Lodge.
  • Takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Lodge as primary operational responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Leadership.
  • Extensive background in Lodge Operations.
  • At least 3+ years of previous experience overseeing operations of a luxury 5* Lodge.
  • Proficient in international styles of service.
  • Proficient in the application of up‑sell and cross‑sell strategies.
  • Proficient in property‑specific management software.
  • Proficient in the application of financial good practice.
  • Proficient in managing various booking channels.
  • Code 8 drivers licence with PDP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
