Responsibilities
- Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing, coordinating, and directing the service, operations, logistics, and activities of the Lodge.
- Takes responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the Lodge as primary operational responsibility.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Leadership.
- Extensive background in Lodge Operations.
- At least 3+ years of previous experience overseeing operations of a luxury 5* Lodge.
- Proficient in international styles of service.
- Proficient in the application of up‑sell and cross‑sell strategies.
- Proficient in property‑specific management software.
- Proficient in the application of financial good practice.
- Proficient in managing various booking channels.
- Code 8 drivers licence with PDP.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
