Overview
We are seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager Administration. The incumbent would participate to design and ensure implementation of administrative support plans and processes to effectively meet complex information requests and determine complex trends, ensure smooth running of business activities and meet administrative needs in line with business needs, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead overall facility management for DGF - Karachi - HO, branch offices & Warehouses.
- Develop appropriate plans and manage the meeting arrangements for SMT, and handling of all the administrative task for SMT travel plans.
- Use structured approach to formulate concept and content to present initiatives/ideas to HOD.
