ASSISTANT MANAGER, AI ENABLEMENT

We are representing our client in the marine sector to look for an experience AI practitioner to take on the role of AI Enablement (Assistant Manager) to lead how AI literacy and capability develop and deliver value across the company. You will design and run the programs that get people using AI well, surface high value use cases from the business, coach citizen developers through their AI builds, and measure how AI is changing the way work gets done. This hybrid role blends program design, change management, and enough technical fluency on generative AI to coach others credibly.
