Role Summary
The Assistant Manager will oversee end‑to‑end processing of all corporate action events across various markets. The role involves daily allocation of work, quality control, capacity planning, audit compliance, and driving customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Acquire a broad understanding of corporate action processes and market specifications for the assigned markets and allocate daily work to processing executives.
- Perform quality control tasks, handle complex cases, escalations, and process‑related queries requiring resolution.
- Plan capacities daily and intra‑day based on projections and volume analysis and allocate/reallocate resources within the team.
- Establish methods and checkpoints to prevent operational losses, fraudulent situations, and to reduce errors.
