Assistant Manager, Contracts & Procurement (Rail Projects) (3 years contract) Job Responsibilities
- Support the management and administration of contracts for rail and land transport infrastructure projects
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for new projects, feasibility studies, and business initiatives
- Prepare tender documents and ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and procedures
- Participate in tender evaluations and assessment of bids submitted by vendors and contractors
- Handle contract administration matters, including payment processing, variation orders, claims assessment, and cash flow monitoring
- Provide contractual and commercial support/advice to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain and update project cost databases related to asset replacement and infrastructure works
