Opportunity Description
- Manage all HR activities such as recruitment/selection, compensation/benefits and maintain confidential employee records
- Conduct TNA’s and plan internal/external training programs
- Development of KPI’s and implementation of performance management system
- Suggest and arrange employee engagement activities
- Assist management in development of employee succession plans
- Effective management of HR Operations
- Assist in development of OD structure for the newly established Organization
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in HRM or Relevant
Required Skills
- In-dept knowledge of performance management system and talent management cycle
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and legislation
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command over microsoft office tools
- Sound knowledge about HRMS/ERP
