Job Summary
The Assistant Manager HR (Regional HRBP) is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle for both

white-collar and blue-collar employees

across the West Bengal and North East regions. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive performance, manage a large blue-collar workforce, and foster an engaged work culture.
