Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct audits assigned by Head of Department (HOD).
- Identify, evaluate and proactively manage the risk/weakness , developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Attend entry and exit meetings to ensure audit findings are communicated.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken by auditees and monitor progress.
- Prepare and submit accurate, clear and concise audit reports .
- Execute follow-up audits every three months; complete and submit the audit report 2 weeks before the quarterly Audit Committee meeting.
- Coach the junior internal audit executive to identify, analyze, and review the data to complete the assignment effectively.
- Support in the development of preventive actions and interventions to ensure continuity of the business.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
