Opportunity Description
- Process and manage incoming domestic and international orders from receipt to delivery.
- Prepare and verify all shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and custom paperwork.
- Take full ownership of the relationship with Logistic Warehouse Service Provider, ensuring accountability, communication and timely fulfilment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, operations and regulatory teams to ensure order execution and compliance.
- Track end-to-end shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
- Ensure all shipment comply with country-specific regulations and configurations.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records for traceability and quality audits.
- Lead stock take and audits activities upon request.
