Opportunity Description
Provide personalized support and coordination of medical services to patients. Ensure seamless coordination of medical services between policyholders, financial representatives and medical providers to enhance the overall healthcare experience for our customers. To drive utilization of preferred partners services and increase customers’ satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and communicating with healthcare providers.
- Station at assigned hospital counters to support walk in enquiries.
- Coordinate cashless admissions with healthcare facilities in a timely manner and maintaining accurate records of arrangements.
- Facilitate communication between customers, agents, healthcare providers including hospitals and doctors.
- Follow up on the medical journey with customers timely including visitation in hospitals to provide emotional support and guidance throughout the patient journey. <...
