Job Summary

Responsible for managing the overall activities and operations of the department to achieve budget targets and ensure profitability through efficient, safe, and economical operations.

• Sell, market, and provide product support services ensuring maximum customer coverage, monitoring market situation, and identifying after‑sales potential of Perkins products.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with standing instructions in all business dealings, maintaining the company’s image and achieving department profitability.
• Coordinate with existing customers, potential customers and head office regarding product acceptance, performance, competitive information, and market growth.
• Manage the after‑sales service of Perkins products and meet department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on product support overall sales, inventory movement and profitability.
