About the job Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Service Ops, Planning Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the following:
- Engage stakeholders such as clinic and ward managers etc, and tap on insights from patient feedback, to identify areas of improvement, design and implement change management plans, in line with Service Delivery System to improve patient experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are integrated into daily operations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develop and manage timelines for initiatives
