Opportunity Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations
- Lead, motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet
- Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory, and ERP-related tasks
- Carryout any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
- Prior supervisory or management experience in F&B or hospitality
