Assistant manager - Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition team at Xceedance supports end-to-end recruitment across critical business roles. We are looking for a hands-on recruitment professional with mandatory experience hiring for General Insurance, CAT Modelling, Actuarial and/or P&C Insurance roles .

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
• Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.,
• Interviewing applicants Screen via calls and conduct interviews.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
