Job Title- Assistant Manager Training Training & Development – PAN India Experience - 3-5 years Reporting To - Head of Department (HOD) Role Purpose To plan, deliver, and manage effective training programs across PAN India, ensuring consistent capability building, LMS adoption, and performance improvement aligned with business and brand objectives. Key Responsibilities Ensure training content delivery align with organizational learning objectives, SOPs, and brand standards. Drive LMS adoption and continuous learning culture across PAN India. Coordinate with HR, HODs, AMs, and RMs for training needs, feedback, and performance improvement. Maintain training documentation, reports, and compliance as per HR and business requirements. Training Delivery Plan and deliver effective classroom, virtual, and on‑floor training programs across PAN India.
