Qualifications
- Support and lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Complete Night Audit procedures and ensure all daily financial reconciliations are completed accurately.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations.
- Ensure hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols are followed.
- Act as the senior hotel representative overnight and make operational decisions as required.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Assist with training and development of Front Office team members.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and service delivery.
