Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise and guide service crew during shifts
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure food quality and service standards are maintained
- Prepare staff roster and manage manpower arrangement
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
- Train new employees on SOP and service procedures
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and stock control
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety compliance
- Handle cashiering and daily sales closing when required
