Assistant Plant Controller, Finance Team Lead

Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will partner with the finance team supporting the Russellville Plant and Supply Chain Finance. You will perform complex financial analysis for assigned areas and present insights and recommendations to management. You will support Finance, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and Financial Systems activities while providing leadership to less experienced staff and contributing across small ad‑hoc project teams within the plant.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with others in the department on communication of weekly and monthly variances related to labor, yield loss, materials usage, product costs, and overhead expense.
