About the Role

Supports end-to-end private equity investment execution — from sourcing and due diligence (financial modeling, market/peer analysis, management interviews) to term negotiation, regulatory/compliance clearance, and post-investment monitoring — delivering rigorous, actionable insights to drive disciplined portfolio growth within AIA’s private markets strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support to execute incoming private equity investment opportunities, including attending management interview, analyzing data, performing portfolio company analysis, benchmarking performance against peers, preparing investment memo and etc.

Participate the negotiation with related parties on transaction structure, investment terms, and execute the investment.
