Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order management, in compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services at competitive costs.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on material and service status, while identifying and implementing effective procurement strategies and best practices.
