From initial trend forecasting and formulation alignment to market launch and post-launch evaluation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, profitability, and market relevance of our beauty brands.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, regulatory compliance, marketing, supply chain, and retail operations—to deliver high-quality, regulatory-compliant products that resonate with our consumers.
