Position Description Summary:

The Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at The George Washington University (GW) in Washington, DC, invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering to start as early as Fall 2026. This search is open to strong candidates with a systems-centric research and teaching record in systems engineering or a related field. We are particularly interested in candidates who can support our multi-disciplinary initiative in Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (AI), which studies AI in the context of the systems and society in which it is deployed.
