Reporting to an experienced Senior Project Manager, we are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager who is eager to grow their career in construction project management. This is a 12-month fixed term contract and a rare opportunity to work on a large, confirmed pipeline with one of New Zealand's biggest developers

This position supports the successful management and delivery of our capital development projects. Operating as part of the Development team, this role provides structured assistance across tender preparation, contractor engagement, contract administration, Green Star certification and general project delivery. The position ensures that strategic projects are executed to required time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
