We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai UAE to support pre-contract commercial and cost management for one of the Giga projects in KSA for a high-end residential villa community.

This role requires a strong background in consultancy-led project environments with a particular focus on experience gained on master planned projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia KSA.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) for pre-contract, focusing on cost planning, value engineering, and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities

• Full pre-contract services for master planned projects.
• Assist in managing significant high-end residential assets and associated community infrastructure such as mosques and parks, ensuring commercial viability and budget alignment.
