Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Resident Engineer (Site Operations) to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the construction process ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Resident Engineer and project team, liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

Your role

• Assist the Resident Engineer in overseeing day‑to‑day construction activities and monitoring progress.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards and quality control measures.
• Review and approve contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements and material approvals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos and meeting minutes.
