Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a reliable and innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in ensuring quality service, profitability, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for managing operational records, addressing customer feedback, and fostering collaboration between team members.

Candidate must be very personable who is well capable of running a fast‑paced operation doing 2-3 turns for each meal period while building long lasting relationships. They must have a stable experience of minimum 2 years in all past roles as we are building a team for the long run. They must be good at proposing ideas to senior management or shareholders and leverage their ability to convince the team to follow through.
