This is a frontline leadership role working closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow, exceptional customer experiences and strong operational performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and supporting a high‑performing service team in a premium brand environment.
