About the job Assistant Service & Part Sales Manager (Marine/ East/ MNC)Responsibilities
- Allocate and assign personnel for installation / service assignments.
- Select sub-contractors for installation / service work requirements.
- Advise service personnel on upgrading / changes of company's product.
- Liaise with customer on technical issue.
- Provide feedback on product non-conformity and technical issue to principal and company'shead-quarter.
- Ensure jobs completed by service personnel is according to customer requirement and specification of the equipment.
- Ensure all documents on installation / service works are completed and ready for billing.
- Ensure that proper maintenance and calibration is carried out for all test equipment.
