Assistant Spa Manager

**Position Summary:** Responsible for partnering with the Spa Manger to oversee, organize and supervise the Cedar Creek Spa at Big Cedar Lodge, specifically focusing on the Salon.

Compensation Range: $52-63k Depending on Experience

**Essential Functions:**

+ Provides direct supervision, including hiring, training, coaching, and discipline to the Salon Team
+ Design and deliver On The Job Training for both new hires and current Associates
+ Ensure that all Salon Associate licenses are current
+ Ensure that the Salon maintains all applicable licenses and certifications. Act as the primary contact with the Missouri Board of Cosmetology.
+ Ensure that all OSHA and Missouri Board of Cosmetology policies and practices are being followed at all times.
+ Promote the Spa by providing information about and reservations for spa services.
