Job Description

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team leadership, coaching, and development to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to rostering, training, and performance management processes.
