- Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring - Handle sales promotion activities and support sales/operation management - Coordinate with business partners and support negotiation when necessary - Support new store openings and manage store equipment and operations - Perform translation tasks and assist communication in Japanese - Work hands-on in store operations (cooking and customer service) when required
