Plan & design the full cycle of training and development program for all regions, including but not limited to TNA, sourcing, delivery and evaluation Work closely with external consultants for content design and delivery as well as search, identify and evaluate the training contents against the training objective Organize and coordinate for all training events and act as a facilitator to collaborate and achieve synergy during the program Perform evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of each training event and provide recommendation for further enhancement / changes for achieving the best outcome towards the business needs Liaise with BUs / relevant parties to effective the execution of training activities Involve in e-Learning platform development, enhancement and impl...
