Assistant Vice President Collateral Disputes and Portfolio Reconciliation

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Operations Disputes and Portfolio Reconciliations.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure client portfolio reconciliations are completed, and all breaks within investigation threshold are reviewed and escalated as required.
• Ensure margin call disputes are investigated and escalated in accordance with the agreed thresholds and escalation framework.
• Work with counterparties and internal stakeholders to identify and carry out any dispute resolution actions required to resolve reportable disputes.
• Interact with stakeholders and other risk managers on a regular basis to understand the risk systems and organization.
• Guide and provide feedback to staff on their development and ways of improvement that could enhance personal skills and knowledge to meet business objectives.
