JOB SUMMARY
Provide support in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and basic reconciliations.
JOB DISCRIPTION- Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry and filing
- Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payment vouchers
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform basic bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Support monthly closing activities and reports
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment matters
- Prepare sales agreement for existing and new projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager
- Higher NITEC in Accounting or related fields
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
