We are currently seeking an Associate for our Hotel Asset Management MENA business line. This is a permanent full‑time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates supporting the business across MENA.

What this job involves

• Creation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial models and reports of hotel assets.
• Strategic positioning and operational performance reviews.
• Review and assessment of hotel profitability and benchmarking against market norms.
• Preparation of analysis for yearly budget negotiations with hotel operators.
• Preparation of market commentaries.
• Preparation of Asset Management presentations and proposals.
• Working closely with all stakeholders of hotel assets while acting in the best interest of the hotel ownership.
• Working both independently and as part of a team depending on the project scale.
